Returns and Refunds
All orders have a 30-day return policy. The item can be returned for a refund or exchange of another available product.
Return Process
To initiate a return you can reply directly to your confirmation email, use the account link below, or contact us directly at info@thearchive.boutique. Please include your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).

Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee if the item has been opened and used. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Damaged/Defective Products
Return shipping on orders that arrive damaged or defective will be paid by The Archive. We will email you a return shipping label to return the products.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the arrival of the returned merchandise. Any applicable restocking fees will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
You can exchange your items for any item(s) on our site of equal or lesser value. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired products.
