Shipping Policy
At The Archive, we ensure your orders are shipped promptly and securely. All purchases will be shipped within 3 days from the date of purchase. Order cutoff time is 5 PM PST, if your order is placed after this time the handling time will begin the following business day.

Shipping Cost

We offer free economy shipping on all orders within the continental United States. For faster delivery, expedited shipping option is available for $17 flat-fee.

Economy (free) Shipping: 3-8 days

Expedited Shipping: 2-5 days

Track Order

Your order can be tracked once a tracking number has been generated for your order. You will receive an email confirmation of when your order is shipped which will contain your tracking number.

Items arrived damaged/defective

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost to make things right. 

Change of Address

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase, as we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. The Archive is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If you need to change the address on your order you can do so by contacting info@thearchive.boutique

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order you can do so by clicking the "cancel order" button in your confirmation email. You can also contact info@thearchive.boutique. Please contact us to cancel orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. 

International Orders

International shipping is not available at this time but we hope to expand to international orders in the future.
